Default Do you need the full version to join in the pre-release party?

I pre-ordered my copy and I had a voicemail message that the game was avaiable for pickup but due to work I was unable to get there before closing.

My question is this:

Can I log onto the game just all the BWE events previous or do I need the full version to get in on the pre-release fun?

Thanks.

You can log on tonight for the early access with the BWE client (Same client as the retail version, retail just has the areas you haven't been to yet on cd)

In fact, when you get your retail copy you don't even need to install it if you don't want to. All you need is the retail key to play if you have the client installed already.
